Right Atrial Scar Flutter
This is a right atrial flutter; however, it is not typical isthmus dependent. This reentrant circuit travels through a channel in-between two areas of scar in the lateral RA. In this Abbott Ensite image, white is the earliest (CS reference), through the rainbow, and purple is the latest. Notice the LA is passively activated and is not part of the circuit.
Ablation at the area of the X terminated the rhythm.
